Fresh Air Ventilation [Precision]
It is a Forced Draft Ventilation system to supply the fresh air, where it is needed to replenish in a process or livestock handling area because of air being consumed or contaminated in space. With insufficient fresh air, the process won't be cleaner and healthier. The FAV-System offers a solution to this problem by delivering a constant volume, pressure and purity of fresh air to maintain standard air quality inside the hall. It is manufactured as tailor made from a galvanised steel construction as of double skinned or folded PCGI sheet construction. It can be supplied as vertical or horizontal air flow.

Refrigerated Precision Ventilation
This is also a forced draft ventilator, it can be used the area where the constant room temperature and air purity is essential. The outside air is drawn through the air intake by the . Once in the system, the air is filtered to remove particulate matter (Mold, allergens, and dust), cooled or heated depends on application, and then supplied throughout the required space via the air distribution system, which is typically a system of supply ducts and diffuser.

Precision Air-handling
It is an Air treatment system that keeps the space with Speciality Atmosphere as desired level and duration. The PAH-System is designed to provide fresh, filtered and conditioned air to the process, storage or work place. It is customized in a variety of configurations with fully automatic to supply and circulate the air with prescribed level of purity, humidity, temperature, pressure, O2, Co2, N2 and NH3 suit the particular application.
It is manufactured from a galvanised steel or Aluminium frame construction. Doors, floor and side walls are made of double skinned aluminium or PCGI sheet filled with 40mm thick (PUF or EPS) insulation. EPDM seals are applied allround the unit.

The Hydrofogg cooling system is a misting technology and it works based on the principle of evaporative cooling. Whenever a water molecule leaves a surface, it is said to have evaporated. Each water molecule that becomes water vapour takes a quantity of heat with it. This process is called evaporative cooling. Simply stated, evaporative cooling is the process of removing heat from the air by using water vapour. When the movement of the air blends with the mist, the result is an enhancement of the evaporation process with a rapid drop in the temperature.
The Hydrofogg cooling systems operate between 800 and 1000 PSI of water pressure. A High-Pressure pump is the heart of the system and is utilized to increase the pressure of the water flow, injected through special nozzles and being atomised with the size of 10 microns or smaller are forced through an air stream. As the micron atomised water droplets flash evaporate, they pick up heat from the air, which significantly drops the temperature of air without making you wet.

The Dehydra is an equipment to dehydrate the products. The seperation operation of drying converts a solid with moisture, semi-solid or liquid feedstock into a solid product by evaporation of the liquid into a vapour phase via application of heat. Drying is a complex operation involving transient transfer of heat and mass along with several rate process, such as physical or chemical transformations, which, in turn may cause changes in product quality as well as the mechanisms of heat and mass transfer. Physical changes that may occur include: Shrinkage, puffing, crystallization and glass transitions.
There are two main reasons for drying food. One is to prevent (or inhibit) the growth and activity of micro-organisms and hence preserve the food and other is to reduce the weight and bulk of food for cheaper transport and storage.
