Refrigeration Products
The refrigeration provides critical temperature control during Thermal, Chemical, Combustion, Mechanical process and conventional food preparation. The time and temperature relationships are critical to the growth and spread of contamination, contributing to sensory-quality and safety loss in foods. The rapid process cooling extends the safe storage life and improved the quality of the processed food, keeps required metallurgical property in treated precision metal components, stable quality in chemical, extend the life of rotating machineries as well.

The Turbo Chill air blast Chiller is more efficient in cooling foods than the standard storage refrigerator. The blast chiller offering greater heat removal capacity and utilizing high-velocity, convected air directed through the product zone to promote fast and even cooling of foods. The rapid temperature pull-down accomplished by these systems proved to extend storage life and quality of the food.
Temperature range is minus 10 degC to + 10 degC.
Batch Chilling duration 60 to 90minutes





The Air blast freezing system is among the most commonly used freezing techniques due to temperature stability and production versatility. The Air blast freezers are not readily available off the shelf as packaged units. They usually have to be tailor-made to suit individual requirements. Freezing is accomplished through keep the packaged food into a freezing cabin, fans inside the freeze tunnel blow extremely cold air with high velocity around the packaged food, as a result of the extremely low air temperature exposure, the food freezes rapidly with product inner core temperature of -18 to -20degC with in standard time frame as batch thus the product shelf life can be extended up to 12 months.
Temperature range is minus 40 degC to Minus 30 degC.
Application: Rapid freezing of processed Poultry, cattle meat, vegetable, fruit and Dairy products.






Individual Quick Freezer

It is a freezing system of Individual Quick Frozen technology, the mechanical IQ Freezers work on the principle of cold air circulation. The main concept is to transport the product to be frozen into the freezing chamber with the help of a processing line belt. Inside the chamber, the product travels through the freezing zone having very low temperature, high volume & velocity of air and comes out on the other side as frozen condition with a prescribed constant time frame and product temperature.
Temperature range: Minus 40 degC to Minus 30 degC.
Application: Quick freezing of processed and further processed Poultry, cattle meat, vegetable, fruit and Dairy products.




Frozen / Chill Storage

It is a structure which is built, insulated, and refrigerated with fully automatic and integrated temperature, humidity and defrost control to maintain a specific temperature for the storage of processed, packed frozen / chilled food products, harvested perishable crops like Apples, citrus, onions, potatoes, spices and food grains as bulk for long duration or until they are to be sold. These bulk storages are field erected of PUF panels [100mm to 200mm thick], required refrigeration [Stand alone or centralized] and humidification systems and oxygen demand controller.
Temperature range: +15degC to - 30degC
Application: Bulk storages of perishable, processed and packed chilled and frozen poultry & cattle meat, vegetable, Fruit and Dairy products


Commercial Walk-in Chiller / Freezer

Fresh & Fred also a commercial type Walk - in Chiller / Freezer is small facility to keep the packed & pre chilled / frozen perishable foods also to keep the unpacked, cut or un cut vegetable, fruit, green leafy vegetable, flowers, mushrooms, batters, cooked food for further processing for long duration or until it sold without compromise the quality, easy to locate, load and unload. These Fres & Fred Walk-ins are constructed of prefab, precision formed PUF [100, 120, 150 & 200mm] panels for an accurate fit and can be located inside or outside of the facility, on existing floors or prefabricated flooring. Comes complete with a plug in single or three phase refrigeration [split or unitary] unit, humidification & dehumidification system to maintain suitable climate to avoid de-hydration.

It can be located inside of the main process facility on existing floors or prefabricated flooring. Comes complete with a refrigeration [split or unitary]unit,

Commercial Step-in Refrigerators

The commercial refrigerators like Step-in type Chiller - Freddo Nest / Freezer - Cryo Nest are utilities to keep stock of value added packed & Chilled / frozen vegetables, Ready to cook, Heat-n-eat food stuffs, frozen raw meat & Dairy products for daily use. It comes with the capacity of 5000, 6000 & 7000 Litres and incorporated with Unitary (or) split type refrigeration system.

Industrial water Chiller

The Flash chill water chilling system offering increased instant heat removal coefficient from primary processed foods like meat, vegetable, fruit, metal and nonmetal products by means of supplying water with counter current flow and temperature of very close to its freezing point to lower the temperature of the processed as well as raw products thus, minimize bacterial cross contamination by diluting microorganisms washed off the processed and raw products.

The Track–chill Liquid chilling system is also a closed loop circuited and indirect chilling to remove heat from source like combustion engine, rotating machinery, metal mould & forging, milk, beverages, cryogenic chambers and polymer extruding system. According to temperature requirement, appropriate secondary refrigerant [chilling media] like water, MEG, PPG and other suitable thermic fluids can be used
Temperature range: Minus 30 degC to 15 degC.
Application: : Instantaneous Chilling of heat generating equipments, processed beverages, L.T heat treatment chambers and thermo banks.

Flake Ice Generators

This is Ice generating machine. Which produces Flake ice is usually small, flat and thin pieces of ice [ 1 – 2mm thickness] made on a vertical refrigerated drum, the ice is formed on the inner surface of the drum by pouring a film of water over it, then contact freezing it into a thin sheet of ice. This ice is sub-cooled down to -7 deg C in order to make it brittle, then cracked off by a harvesting rotary blade. The ice then falls by gravity into the ice store or process utility. The refrigerated drum is usually stationary, with the ice formed on the inner surface. The rotating harvesting blade is motor driven around this surface, cracking ice off from the surface, as the ice is made at -7 deg C, it can be stored in freezers below Zero for prolonged storage.
Capacity range: These ice machines are in the capacity of 5 to 30 MT/Day and larger machines up to 50 MT / Day also available.
Application: It is mainly used in the fishing and poultry process industry, particularly by processors with large ice requirements to chill the processed carcass rapidly and in the concrete industry



Transport Refrigeration

The Cryotrix is a refrigerating machine, which is installed with PUF insulated containers, carrying by a truck to transport temperature controlled products such as vegetables, fruit, meat, seafood, Dairy and non-food products like flowers, livestock, pharmaceuticals and bio waste with container space temperature between Minus 30DegC and +25DegC according to the application.
The Cryotrix refrigerating units are divided as three types suitable to different application requirements. 1.reefer, 2. eutek, 3. L-stock

The Cryotrix-reefer is a type of refrigerating machine with self-powered or direct-drive unit to maintain the PreChilled or Frozen product temperature inside the container. It comes with Auto / manual defrost facility.





The Cryotrix-eutek is a eutectic refrigerating system, stores up to few hours or a day's refrigeration requirements in advance, usually involving only one or two long run periods per day. Cabinet temperatures are sustained by the eutectic mass to keep or transport the chilled & frozen products in its storage temperature even long [10 to 12 hrs.] transit duration or Power failure. These eutectic systems are having good temperature holdover ability and supplied with AC or DC refrigerating units.
Temperature range: -20degC to +15degC.
Application: Transport refrigeration and Food stock points at remote locations.



The Cryotrix-L-stock is also a type of refrigerating machine with selfpowered or direct-drive unit to maintain customized precision climate with prescribed air temperature, humidity, cleanliness and O2 or Co2 demand suitable to live stock, mushroom, leafy vegetable and flowers [Floriculture] during the period of long transit.
Temperature range: +8degC to +26degC.
Application: Live stock, Mushroom, Leafy Vegetable & Flowers (Floriculture) during the period of long transit.
